Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery
The RCSI’s Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery is at forefront of developing nursing and midwifery practice both across Ireland and internationally. They run an annual International conference which is attended by prestigious speakers and delegates from across the world.
We developed the My CPD E-portfolio which supports the application process for the prestigious Fellowships and Memberships that the faculty awards which applicants can use to compile evidence for their application(s). This, along with other activities by RCSI, has led to a significant increase in applications and a reduction in the time taken to assess and process the applications.

Collaborations with RCSI
We have also been involved in various collaborations with the faculty, including developing a Skills Passport for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and supporting the creation of a mCPD site. Both these projects are still in development.
